Andhyodaya Biogas Project

Description: Andhyodaya, an NGO based in Kerala, India, is working with local farmers to convert organic waste into cooking gas. The captured bio-gas replaces wood as a cooking fuel source, saving trees and reducing the chances of carbon monoxide poisoning.
