Anemon Intepe Wind Project
Description: Anemon Intepe Wind Farm is a 30.4 MW onshore wind farm located in the region of Çanakkale-Intepe, Çanakalan-Karacaviran-Kurttepe Region in Turkey. The project facilitates the up-take of the wind energy industry in Turkey. It also alleviates poverty in the local area by establishing direct and indirect benefits through employment opportunities associated with the construction, operation and maintenance of the wind farm.The project improves electricity availability as well as reducing the dependency on electricity imports.
