Dongchu Island Wind

Description: A wind turbine project in Dongchu Island, Shandong Province, China. The island is a narrow stretch of land covering an area of 2.6 square km, 6 km off the coast. The terrain of the project site is characterised by low hills and mountains, with an altitude ranging between 2.0m to 10.1m above sea level. The site is open and wide, so 10 turbines with a capacity of 1.5MW each can be installed with no major difficulties.
