Kopurererua Valley
Description: Kopurererua Valley is a 350 hectare block of low lying rural land situated between residential neighbourhoods in Tauranga. Tauranga City Council acquired much of the Kopurererua Valley on the basis that land not needed for roading would be developed as passive and active reserve areas.
