Paraíso Small Hydropower

Description: The Paraíso Small Hydropower Project is a run-of-the-river project which diverts some of the water through a pipe into a downstream low-level power station. The project displaces fossil-fuelled energy, has a low environmental impact, improves the regional employment rate and increases tax income.
