Polygeneration BOMMEH MSW combustion incineration

Description: Poly generation MSW grade-combustion-incinerator for ‘Bommeh”, including steam generation for total 16 MW/h electricity production to be delivered to the NPA grid; incinerating 318 M/t of industrial and MSW that has been stored for over 50 years in the mentioned “BOMMEH” area located in the middle of Freetown, a health and hazardous disaster. The daily intake of low-calorie-MSW deliveries from Freetown; production of Low and High Pressure steam; 30 tons of bottom-ashes to be used as a 20-80% mixture for "zero-carbon cement" in construction of sustainable social affordable houses; 6 tons of fertilizer in the form of fly-ashes for the plantations (investment US$ 48.7 Million). Carbon Credits 176,000 e/CO2/t/year.
