Restoration of degraded areas and reforestation in Cáceres and Cravo Norte, Colombia

Description: The project envisions the reforestation of almost 9.000 ha of degraded land in the area of Cáceres/Antioquia, and climato-edaphic naturally grassland in Arauca/Cravo Norte, in Colombia. The land is reforested with about 20 different native species. The project wants to promote sustainable management of forest resources including as well a model of assisted natural regeneration.
