Shugujiao Hydropower

Description: The Sichuan Ebian Wanping Shugujiao Hydropower Station is a run-of-river hydropower project. The total installed capacity of the Project is 8 MW with a predicted power generation of 37960.0 MWh/yr, which will be exported to the China Central Grid. By exporting electricity from renewable energy source to the China Central Grid, the project activity will achieve greenhouse gas (GHG) emission reductions by displacing electricity from predominantly fossil fuel-fired power plants connected to the grid (representing the business-as-usual scenario).
